residents; please remove street shoes before entering the studio -

ballistic:
fitness balls are easy to use, effective and fun; from beginner to advanced, you'll learn muscular strengthening routines that get your heart pumping too; innovative core exercises help to tone the abdomen, improve posture, and build a strong back; barefoot
chisel: full-body movement with
strength & balance sequences to improve body awareness & muscular
coordination, using a balance board we add light weights, gliding
discs& resistance bands to deepen the workout; come chisel your body
will love it; barefoot.
nia: do you love to dance?
experience nia for an energizing workout; nia is fusion fitness based
on the dance arts, the martial arts and the healing arts;
choreographed to amazing soundtracks nia inspires you to find
tremendous joy in moving your body, your way; barefoot.
yamuna ball rolling: using a
series of small balls, elongate and tone your muscles from origin to
insertion; a self massage and core workout that lubricates your joints
& makes space where you are tight! Class begins wit h footwork and
ends with deep relaxation; barefoot
scaravelli inspired yoga: cultivate freedom in your body with focused yet playful exploration of asanas; connect with breath, release tension, restore vitality; this is a 7 week series Fees: $85 for all 7/ $15 drop-in/ or use your melt class pass register with kaycampitelli@gmail.com
deep pilates: Tuesday is deep & detailed; great for 1st timers or as a refresher, great for those with movement restrictions or rehabbing from injury; slow but steady so you can you can integrate the details to go deep. Thursday is a flow workout; where the transition becomes part of the exercise; a run on sentence of movement. Fees: $15 per class/ or use your melt class pass.
