abilities; drop-ins welcome at any time; 1st class free to local
residents; please remove street shoes before entering the studio -
classes are done barefoot; water bottles encouraged; showers and

ballistic: physio-balls are a
great cardio and strength training tool - innovative abdominal & core
exercises on both the large and small exercise balls will help tone
your abdomen, improve posture, and build a strong back; go ballistic
at melt; barefoot.
chisel: our high energy workout;
improve your strength and endurance using lots of props including: TRX
suspension straps, balance boards, tubing, light weights & dynabands;
activate large and small muscles while chiseling at melt - your body
will love it; barefoot.
core power golf: a strong core is the
key to longer drives, better accuracy and lower scores; improve your
strength , flexibility & balance in this small group class (special
rates apply)
nia: an amazing workout
celebrating mind, body & spirit; dance to beautiful music and
extraordinary choreography; nia integrates 9 movement forms based on
dance arts, martial arts and healing arts; nia will inspire you to
find tremendous joy in moving your body; barefoot.
vinyasa yoga: the union of Yin and
Yang, Passive and Active, Stillness and Movement, moving from pose to
pose with the rhythm of your breath; Yin poses (held 2-5 minutes) to
help you to develop a meditative attention, feel a sense of lightness,
freedom and deep relaxation.
yamuna ball rolling: using a
series of small balls release and elongate your muscles, improve core
strength & balance, perform weight-bearing to improve overall bone
health; it’s a massage, a workout and a therapy session all in one
class!
