What you like best about personal training/teaching classes?
The motivation. I get a chance to hopefully offer them an hour of fun so that they like it so much they continue to exercise and bingo....we've hit a home run:) It's making a difference.
Why did you become a trainer/instructor?
I'm interested in how "the house we live in", our bodies, work. It's amazing! Also, it's definitely fulfilling to hear that you have made an important impact in someone's life.
Favorite type/mode type of training?
Anything you can do to music. The movement with the music keeps me in trance.
Your own athletic accomplishments:
Track in high school, aerobic competitions, masters swimming, and raising three active kids.
Hobbies/What you do when you are not training:
my kids, swimming
Family or significant others:
Husband Tom and three daughters, Ruby, Ivy and Maddie
