Sara Cotton teaches yoga with
patience, generosity and gentleness. Drawing upon her extensive
experience and training, she carefully observes and assesses your
abilities to develop flowing sequences of movements that are specific
to your needs. Her goal is always to help you to increase your well
being by bringing balance, strength and flexibility to your yoga
practice.
Sessions can be in an individual or class setting, and are usually
60-120 minutes long. Equipment needs are simple: comfortable,
loose-fitting clothing and a padded floor mat. In yoga, Sara likes to
point out, gravity is the real equipment.
Sara is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Thai Yoga Bodyworker with over 4
years experience, and she follows the code of ethics of the Thai
Healing Alliance International. She has over 400 hours of certified
training in several disciplines. Sara's style is uniquely vinyasa. She
is also a committed and seasoned cyclist and swimmer, and holds a
master’s degree in Library Science and degrees in English and Creative
Writing.
