Group Exercise classes can be found at our partner studio, Mona Method, conveniently located across the hall in the US Bank Building. Physical training is combined with mindful exercise in unique formats. Clients are encouraged to sample the schedule to find the classes that both inspire them and encourage success. Class participants purchase a class pass to use at their own discretion.
