We have a pretty unique model for personal training here at melt, so we are used to getting questions. Here are a few of the most common ones. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to give us a call and we’ll try to answer it as best we can.
How do I begin at melt?
If you are interested in personal training, massage/bodywork, or nutrition, please click the "Start at melt" button on the top right of your screen. We will connect with you shortly to get a sense of your goals and exercise/health history. From there, we will recommend a practitioner that is right for you.
If you are interested in Group Exercise, you may click the Schedule link at the top right of the screen. Class drop-ins are welcome and if you are a local resident, your first class is free!
What are your rates?
Each of our practitioners host their own small business within melt. As a result, rates vary based on background and expertise. To inquire more specifically, please click the "Start at melt" button in the top right corner. We will connect with you shortly to find a practitioner that's right for you.
How do I cancel a session?
Just call or e-mail your practitioner directly. If you'd like to ease your mind a bit more, you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We understand.
How can I bench press 350 lbs?
We don't really advise doing so. Let's start with some functional core movements and stability.
