    How we're different

melt is a studio — not a gym or franchise

We're different in terms of our culture, aesthetic, and level of practice. We respect businesses that stay small and simple, with a high degree of expertise.

Through minimal architecture, elegant artwork and natural light, melt is the physical embodiment of our vision.

    High Intensity Interval Training

Busy schedules, long days at work, holidays, and travel obligations are just a few of the multitude of excuses we all use for skipping workouts. However, just because you're short on time, energy, or out on the road, doesn't mean you can't get in an effective and revitalizing workout. Ten to fifteen minute workouts utilizing high intensity intervals with only bodyweight exercises such as pushups, squats, jumping jacks, planks, wall sits, and mountain climbers are a great way to lose weight, recharge, and accomplish your fitness goals. Give it a shot the next time you're too busy for a trip to the gym...you'll be amazed how rejuvenated you feel!
